Texturized Vegetable Protein and Other Soy Products Short Course

 

LOCATION AND FACILITIES
All lectures will be held at Rudder Tower, Texas A&M University Campus. College Station temperatures in August are from 96 - 73 ºF (36 - 23 ºC).  Participants will be taken by bus to Cater-Mattil Hall (TAMU Campus) for afternoon demonstrations. Translation equipment is available by prior arrangements for organized groups willing to provide their own translators.
