Reservations for lodging should be made directly by attendee. A block of rooms has been reserved at a hotel in College Station for short Course participants at the special rate plus tax for single or double occupancy. Ask for the rate specifically and mention the Group Code. Hotel reservations must be received before the Hotel due date in order to get special rates. Other hotels may be more expensive because the rooms for the short courses are booked over a year in advance.  The special rate and Group Code and Hotel due date and Hotel for each course are listed under Accomodations on the course's brochure and description web page: Margarine | Biodiesel | Vegetable OilIf the Hotel is unavailable, please contact the Short Course Coordinator for assistance.  A list of other hotels in the Bryan/College Station area can be found here.

Does the course begin on Sunday?
All of the activities on Sunday are optional. However, we strongly encourage attendance on Sunday for multiple reasons. Registering on Sunday will save time Monday morning and reduce any delays from Monday morning's registrations. The announcements on Sunday explain how the course works, including what to do if you miss the bus in the morning. Coming to the Sunday activities also allows everyone to meet and socialize before the course begins; often those who come to Sunday's activities are more comfortable Monday morning.

What time does the course officially finish?
Please check the description web page (Margarine | Biodiesel | Vegetable Oil).
