is an engineering process development, innovation, and training center, focused on adding value to diverse biological materials, including oilseeds, grains, nuts, citrus, vegetables, waste biomass, waxes, petroleum and natural/botanical oils, liquid/fluid process streams, and water. We are part of the Texas A&M University System through the Texas Engineering Experiment Station and managed as a center within the Chemical Engineering Department.
